Frequently Asked Questions
I need a quote. Whom do I contact?
Please contact us directly by phone or email. If you wish to know whether you have a case or how we can help you we may be able to schedule you for a free consultation where we will learn more about your issue and give you recommendations as to how we can proceed. This will also allow us to give you an estimate of what it might cost to help you with your issue. However, please be aware that a free consultation does not include reviewing documents or taking actions on your behalf. And any recommendations given are not made with full knowledge of your case and, therefore, cannot be considered as legal advice. Free consultations are only intended to determine if we are able to help you, if you want to retain our services, and what that may cost. To have us review documents, pending litigation matters, or provide legal advice, you must first retain us as your attorney. Consultations are also offered on an as available basis since our first priority is always to attend to our existing client needs. Please be understanding if we are unable to accommodate your request for a free consultation.
Do you have any packages or discounts?
We do. For certain things we are able to offer a flat rate service that usually saves you money versus having to pay our hourly rate. This does not apply to all things but we try to save you money when and where we can.
What are the payment methods you accept?
We accept cash, personal and business checks, EFT, and all major credit cards.
Are you the right Law Firm for me?
That depends on what you are looking for and what your legal needs are. If you are looking for an experienced and passionate attorney that provides a personal touch while providing high quality work then we may be for you. Contact us and let us tell you what we can do to serve your legal needs and then decide for yourself.
How will I be kept informed about my case?

We also provide an online portal where you can reach out to your attorney or staff for questions, see pending events and tasks, upload and sign documents, and pay bills.
How can I contact your office?

Do I really need an attorney?
Maybe. Maybe not. But it is always better to have one available and not need them than to need one and not have one. Contact us and we will be happy to help you make that decision.
How can I keep my legal fees low?
Attorney’s charge for their time. So obviously you can save money by using less of the attorney’s time by doing things like keeping conversations short and to the point or by email. But also keep in mind that one of the biggest sources of legal costs is when someone tries to do things that should be done by an attorney on their own. Things like agreeing to contracts without reviewing them can become very expensive if there is a problem and can also you to be at a huge disadvantage. When it comes to contracts, business deals, business formations, real estate deals, wills and the like, an ounce of prevention really is worth a pound of cure.
I am having trouble paying my mortgage. Can you help me?
Yes. We can help to keep you in your home if you are facing foreclosure. For a very reasonable monthly fee we can buy you time, help you to modify your loan, or even sell your property and save your credit. Additionally, there are numerous programs that can help you if the reason for your trouble is due to the Coronavirus. Your home is your castle. We can help you defend it.
Will you come speak to my community association board?
Absolutely. We regularly accept invitations from community association boards to introduce ourselves and offer a general assessment of things that a board may need to do better or that we may help with. If you are not sure if what you and your board is doing is correct or if you are not happy with your counsel give us a call. We can help.
